We are keen to hear from the local community as we prepare our plans for the future of Capital Park.
Welcome to Capital Park Cambridge
Capital Park was acquired by Longfellow in May 2022. Since this point, we have been considering how the campus could evolve. One of the initial steps in this journey is to invite you to meet with us to hear your thoughts.
We are adopting a “Community First” approach whereby we intend to listen to you, other key stakeholders including community groups, before stepping forward with our long-term proposals. We have aspirations to create a place for the wider community at Capital Park, Cambridge, not just those that work on the campus. Therefore your opinion matters to us and how the campus will evolve.
Once you’ve had a chance to look at the website, please do provide your comments by completing the feedback form or get in touch.
Investing in science for the community
Longfellow is a long-term investor in science based real estate and have a long track record of delivery in this sector. We believe Capital Park offers the opportunity to deliver a highly sustainable, best in class space, that celebrates its heritage and becomes a place for all the community to enjoy.
Have your say
Help us shape the future of Capital Park.
We believe that Capital Park has the potential to become a place that’s used and enjoyed by everyone, not just those working in the site.
We want to hear your thoughts on the proposals.
Whilst the proposals for the north of the site are currently being progressed by the design team, we are keen to listen to and incorporate suggestions for what could be delivered for the community, especially on the land to the south of Victoria House.
Other ways to provide feedback.
